1. About This Server

Dalgey Server is a private Minecraft Java Edition server operated for community members. By joining the server, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Access is limited to invited members only. You must have a valid, legitimate copy of Minecraft Java Edition.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Using hacks, cheats, or unauthorized mods that provide an unfair advantage
Griefing, stealing from, or destroying other players' builds without consent
Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abuse toward other players
Exploiting server bugs or glitches intentionally
Sharing the server address publicly without permission from an admin

4. Consequences

Violations may result in a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban at the server admin's discretion. Banned players forfeit any in-game progress.

5. Disclaimer

The server may go offline for maintenance or at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss of in-game data or progress. This server is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the server constitutes acceptance of any changes.
